Which phones do you make cases for?

Most designs cover iPhone 12 through iPhone 17 — including Mini, Plus, Pro, Pro Max and iPhone 17 Air sizes. The exact list is in the dropdown on each product page. No Android for now — if you want your model added, email us and we'll count the votes.

Tough case vs snap case — what's the difference?

Tough cases are a 2-piece build: a hard outer shell with a soft TPU inner liner and raised edges around the screen and camera — our most protective option. Snap cases are a slim one-piece shell — lighter and thinner, best if you hate bulk.

Glossy or matte?

Glossy is shinier and makes colours pop; matte feels smoother in the hand and hides fingerprints. Same print quality either way.

How long does delivery take?

Every case is printed for you within about 24 hours of ordering. After that: UK 2–5 working days, Europe 5–10, US & Canada 5–12, rest of world 10–30. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking where available.

Do the cases work with wireless charging?

Yes — wireless charging works through our cases. If you use magnetic MagSafe accessories (grips, wallets, car mounts), email us before ordering and we'll confirm the fit for your exact model.

What does the 6-month warranty cover?

If the print fades or peels, or the case cracks or fails in normal daily use within 6 months of delivery, we'll replace or refund it. Email p9sells@gmail.com with a photo and your order number.

My order arrived damaged or wrong

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we'll sort a replacement or refund. Full details are in our refund policy.

I picked the wrong iPhone model

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Cases are made to order, so we can't always catch it before production starts — but tell us quickly and we'll do our best to sort it.
