We want you to love your order. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right.
As our products are made to order, we may not be able to accept cancellations or returns once production has begun.
Returns, replacements, or refunds may be offered where:

The item is lost in transit and confirmed as undelivered by the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives with any of the above issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or model, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
