At P9inthisb, every order is made with care through our print-on-demand production partner. This means your item is printed, checked, packed, and shipped after your order is placed.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it is sent to production. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be printed and prepared before it is shipped.

During busy periods, launches, sales, or holidays, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

After production, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
United States & Canada: 5-12 business days
Rest of World: 10-30 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the courier, location, customs, or seasonal delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive separately depending on production location, item type, or courier handling.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect addresses, weather disruption, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control. However, if your order appears delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Lost or Missing Orders

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
